What this site collects, and what it does not

This page describes the actual behaviour of this website rather than a generic template. Short version: no cookies, no third-party tracking, and no form data ever leaves your browser.

Analytics

First-party measurement only

We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. That measurement is first-party and privacy-conscious by design.

  • No cookies are set by this site
  • No browser fingerprinting is performed
  • No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are loaded
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind

What is stored

Data recorded in your browser

  • An anonymous visitor identifier, stored in local storage
  • An anonymous session identifier, stored in session storage and cleared when you close the tab
  • First-touch and last-touch attribution: landing page, referrer origin, and UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term when present
  • Event records: event name, timestamp, page path, and non-sensitive properties such as which service page was viewed

These identifiers are random values that are not linked to your name, email, or IP address. They cannot identify you and are not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser storage removes them permanently.

Assessment

Assessment answers

Answers you give in the readiness assessment are held in your browser while you answer, and are never transmitted — not even if you submit the request form at the end. If you close the tab, the answers are gone.

Forms

Information you send us

The assessment request form and the contact form transmit what you type — name, work email, company, role, employee band, locations, urgency, and free-text context — to the Kanso IT backend, where it is stored so a person can read it. It is used to answer your question and assess fit, and it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for unrelated marketing.

  • Form details are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in the Kanso IT backend
  • No name, email, message, or company name is written to local storage or any analytics event
  • Analytics records only an anonymous event name with non-identifying properties, such as topic, recommended service, employee band, locations, urgency, and message length
  • No response time, meeting, or engagement is promised, and nothing is booked automatically

Your choices

Control and requests

  • Clear your browser's local and session storage to remove all identifiers and event history
  • Use private browsing if you prefer nothing to persist between visits
  • Nothing to request deletion of, because nothing you type is ever transmitted or retained
  • Browse the entire site, including the assessment, without submitting anything

Changes

Updates to this page

If the site's measurement or contact handling changes — for example when a production mailbox or a real submission backend is configured, at which point forms would begin transmitting data — this page and the forms themselves will be updated before that happens.

Kanso IT is a new service brand. Site content describes intended service scope and does not represent customer history, certifications, or guaranteed outcomes.
